SALON POLICIES

 

Please READ the following in its entirety. I have the right to deny your appointment. If Salon Policies have been neglected. 

All in order to minimize the risk o f potentially spreading the COVID-19 that comes with individual contact, I will be adding measures to ensure both client & salon safety. 

NO WALK INS

 

Please remind in your car and text 706-619-3737 once you arrive and I will text when you can come in. 

 

Mask are REQUIRED please make sure its not black ( for my visibility reasons). 

 

CHILDREN AND/OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS

 

Due to the nature of all services. Children are not allowed at the Salon. The Salon is for SERVICED CLIENTS ONLY. This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure a distraction free work environment for the Esthetician and an relaxing environment for the client. Extra guest will be asked to leave.      

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

Please Do Not drink water or caffeinated drinks. This will cause your eyes to blink UNCONTROLLABLY, hind-ering the service.  

Arrive to your appointment with a clean makeup free face. DO NOT WEAR MASCARA, EYELINER, CONCEALER OR ANY FOUNDATION. Eye pads will not properly stick to the skin with makeup surrounding the eye area.

Removing your contacts and bringing  your glasses is recommended. 

 

Hair should be pulled back securely and dry. Please do not arrive to your appointment with DAMP/WET HAIR.

 

REMOVALS /LASHES APPLIED ELSEWHERE

If you have previous lash extensions on prior to your appointment. A removal will be required, removals are $30. Fills will not be applied over other technicians work.

 

 

SICKNESS

 

If you are sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms the day of your appointment. You will need to be reschedule. Visiting the Salon while being sick directly exposes us and others to any illness you have. Please be considerate and reschedule.  

SCHEDULING & RETAINER FEE

 

All services are subject to a non refundable or non transferrable retainer fee of $25. In addition to the retainer fee a $25 per hour rate for service(s) will be deducted from pre paid amounts.

ie., 2 hour fills appnt. would be subject to $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 48 hour timeframe.    

 

Same day appointments if available will be an additional $25 charge. This is anything request within a 24 hour period of the appointment.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Otherwise a standard cancellation fee of $25 along with a $25 retainer fee will be deducted from all cancelled appointments. If multiple services are booked. Each hour (greater or less) of the service time will be subject to this $25 rate. 

NO CALL/ NO SHOWS

 

No Call No Shows will NOT be rescheduled for future appointments.  No REFUNDS for

NO CALL/ NO SHOW 

PAYMENTS & BALANCES

Prepay & pre-bookig are the only options at this time.

If a credit/debit is needed in any instance a $3.00 processing fee will be applied to your transaction.

LATE POLICY

If you are constantly late to your appointment or cancel constantly. I reserve the right to decline any future appointments. All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled in order to maintain a timely schedule for the next client. 

 

PARKING

 

Please allow for extra time for Parking. We recommend the Washington St Parking deck at the corner of East Washington and N Lumpkin for services over an hour. As you will not be able to leave and feed your meter. Maximum meter times are 2 hours when paid with via card.
