Service Description

Brite Smiles LLC., Tooth gem(s) will be applied to natural tooth enamel only. NO holes or drilling required for this service. Tooth gems will be applied using a dental grade product that's safe on enamel.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done within 48 hours of appointment. No Call No Shows are NON REFUNDABLE. All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee and forfeit the $25 non refundable retainer fee along with the $25 hourly rate for each service(s) duration time . Rescheduling is not my responsibility nor can/will it be guaranteed.
